For new residential, you can hand over the full project to us or choose fixed price on labor only.

1. Full project

Once you have a plan, we can give you accurate pricing based on your requirements and manage the rest of the process to completion. We have qualified project managers who are on site daily to ensure the project is progressing smoothly, so you don’t have to.

2. Labor only

If you have your own project manager, we can provide fixed price on labor only which include framing, exterior claddings, int/exterior joinery and interior linings.
